Vice President of Sales
For Piper Hood, her love for sales and events began while working as a server at a themed dinner show in Orlando after college. She found a company sales kit left behind in her section, raised her hand with interest and the rest was history. She loves the high energy levels of events and the fun that comes along with it.
Her favorite part of the job (although she'll be quick to say events don’t feel like work because they are so much fun), is creating the experience that our guests actually want. There's a lot of venues in Orlando that don't have much room for flexibility or creativity because they have a pre-made experience. When people come to Lake Nona with an idea, you'll hear Piper say "Yes! How fun! Let's make that happen!"
When she isn't working you will find her at the beach.....having fun.
Senior Sales Manager
When Marissa was eight years old, she wanted to be a chef which later in life led her down the path of hospitality. Although she didn't end up in the kitchen, she ended up in an industry that involves food, hotels and travel – just a few of her favorite things.
Her favorite part of the job is meeting new people, when clients begin as strangers and end up collaborating to create the most perfect events! She loves working on one-of-a-kind events and watching them come to life from the first idea to final execution.
When she isn't working, she is spending time with her husband and son exploring all that Orlando has to offer.
Chelsea started evening planning at an early age by organizing events and activities for all her neighborhood friends. Her passion grew during high school and college when she was involved in producing large scale philanthropic events. She has always been drawn to the idea of events because not only does she get to see people enjoy themselves, but she also creates an experience they will remember for years to come.
Her favorite part of her job is witnessing the excitement people get when they realize all that Lake Nona really has to offer. There is nothing more rewarding for her than sharing that "Nonahood" feeling she is so passionate about.
In her spare time, she is spending time with her husband and two Boston Terrier pups either on a boat, by a bonfire or dining in her favorite Lake Nona spots.
It all started with shoes. Lily Kunzie’s first job was as a sales associate for DSW, from there, she moved on to a bigger stage now planning events throughout Lake Nona. She learned from her mom at a young age how important it is to make your guests feel welcome, and now she does that every day.
Her favorite part of her job is creating moments with guests and seeing how events come to life.
When she’s not creating memories with guests, she is dreaming about being on the water. There is nothing she loves more than surrounding herself with friends and family enjoying all the beauty Florida has to offer.
Grace Colley always knew she wanted to work on events. She started traveling at an early age with her dad for his job and along the way experienced many tradeshows and company dinners. She was in awe of all the fun set-ups and workshops, and now is able to use that passion for her clients.
Her favorite part of her job is getting to know so many different people by helping them to create the vision of their events and memories that will last a lifetime.
When she’s not working, you can find Grace out and about with her dog on adventure or working on a gardening project. She loves to cook and create new recipes with what she harvests from her garden.
